2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 307/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Specific allegation of causing knife injury to the father of the informant is against co-accused Jawed and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
