The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.658 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under sections 366A and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years. The victim has supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
