The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2040 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Today, the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are present in court.

After deep interaction and deliberation, opposite party no. 2 became ready to go with her husband on 30th of September, 2015.

Considering the fact that petitioner has honestly tried to

No.18399 of 2015 (4) dt.28-09-2015 seek reconciliation with the opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2040 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. However, it is made clear that if there shall be any incident of untoward acts leading to mental torture to the opposite party no. 2 or her daughter, it shall be open for them to approach the Court to seek appropriate remedy.
