In the present case, petitioner is claiming for handling and transporting charges amounting to Rs. 5,75,752/- including security deposit of Rs.5,00,000/-. The total amount comes to Rs. 10,75,752/-.

Petitioner was allotted work for handling and transportation agent for the Central Ware Housing Corporation Mohania for the period from 17.7.2013 to 16.7.2015 and he has successfully completed the work. Claim has been made that he has not been paid the aforesaid amount. In such view of the matter, Regional Manager, Central

Patna High Court CWJC No.3269 of 2016 (2) dt.22-09-2017 Ware Housing Corporation, Patna is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and release the admitted dues as well as security deposit which he is entitled. If he will not be agreeable with the claim of the petitioner he will be obliged to pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. All process should be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
