The petitioner seeks bail in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 308, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 1.080 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

No.37022 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
