2. The petitioners have, inter alia, sought for setting aside the entire selection process appertaining to physical education and health instructors ability test 2019 with further direction to the respondents to follow reservation rule and republish its result.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10440 of 2022(5) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 the respondent no. 6, in which, it is stated that the physical education and health instructors ability test 2019 had already been conducted, result had already been published and according to the appointments of the eligible ones have been made, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
