An allegation has been attributed against 30-40 persons who, on account of obstruction put on behalf of prosecution party assaulted, caused mischief by damaging two motorcycles whereupon instant case has been registered under Section 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353 of the IPC. Petitioner is one of the person against whom identification has been claimed against him including others. Apart from having omnibus allegation, as per Annexure-2 injury over person of informant has been found simple and in the aforesaid background petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider favourably in the background of aforesaid finding.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42551 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
