If the two widows can resolve the dispute within themselves,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12600 of 2016 dt.17-11-2017 2/2 then they are free to approach the competent authority for settlement of the post retrial dues in their favour. For else, the petitioners will have to take recourse to the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction by seeking a declaration.
