2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased and as a matter of fact, the deceased died owing to illness. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
