Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 402 of 2014 registered under Sections302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. During investigation, no material came against the petitioner except the confessional statement of the co-accused. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32870 of 2015.
