JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is alleged by the informant Sikandar Kumar that marriage of his sister Rukmani Devi was solemnized with Raj Kumar Sah of Village- Dhokatanr, under P.S. Charkapathar, in the year 2014. After some time, his Bahnoi Raj Kumar Sah demanded Rs. 2,00,000/- from his father for business but his father did not fulfill his demand. It is further alleged that on 17.01.2014 at 9.00 A.M. he received information that his sister is traceless from her Sasural, then the informant alongwith other persons went to her Sasarual at Village- Dhakotanr at about 4.00 P.M. and found that

No.19595 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 2 / 3 his sister Rukmani Devi is traceless, but her in-laws did not give satisfactory explanation, then the informant stayed in the night at Village-Sarkanda in the house of his relative. In the night, he received information that Mama of his Damad had given threatening to kill by Mobile No. 9939941183 for not lodging case. It is further stated that on 18.11.2014 at 5.30 A.M. one dead body of a female was found in the well behind the house of his Bahnoi. It is claimed by the informant that all the accused persons killed his sister and threw her dead body into well for dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further it is submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation made against her. Further it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation against the husband.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014, on
