The petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion. Save and except confessional statement there is no evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IV, Munger in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016.
