Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 60 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36044 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Sandesh Police Station Case No. 85 of 2019, Excise Case No. 874 of 2019, District Bhojpur, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
