2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable u/s 406 and 420 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
