The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the due contract amount of Rs. 4,75,587/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his representations, the amount has not been paid to him till now.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that
Patna High Court CWJC No.15287 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2022 2/2 the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 5 within 15 days from today who shall look into the matter and pass a speaking order within 15 days thereof. If it is found that the amount is payable to the petitioner, it shall be released to him forthwith. Under the circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of.
