2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 429 of 2018 dated 28.11.2018, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 427, 448, 436, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is that they set fire the house of the informant due to which the informant's household articles were burnt.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that no injury was found on any of the family members of the informant. It is also submitted that the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. It is further

It is also submitted that the matter has been settled outside the court between them and a petition in this regard has already been filed by the informant before A.C.J.M.-VI, Motihari, East Champaran. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 429 of 2018, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S..
