JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On protest being made for fishing in the water channel of the informant, it is alleged that petitioner no. 3 assaulted with the butt of the pistol whereas others are alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi and petitioner no. 2 took rupees fifty thousand from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that apparently the injuries appear to be of marginal size though

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8912 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 opinion has been kept reserved. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
