It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that some of the accused have already been granted bail by the learned lower court. There should be uniformity in the order and on account thereof, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will consider, in case, the other accused persons having similar allegation is found bailed out, maintaining parity in the order.
