JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Perused the letter no. 48 dated 28.02.2018 of Priti Verma, Additional Sessions Judge II, Gaya whereby and whereunder she has sought further more sufficient time to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 173 of 2016 / 378 of 2016 arising out of M. U. P. S. Case No. 31 of 2016 on the ground that in this case 3 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the processes including non-bailable warrant of arrest have been issued to ensure the attendance of non-examined witnesses. D.O. letter to the S.S.P. has also been written and the order has been seen by learned APP.

Under the circumstances, further six months time is granted to learned trial judge to conclude the aforesaid Sessions Trial.
