JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 The petitioner will appear before the District Provident Fund Officer, Gaya with a copy of this order. Petitioner has brought certain evidence with the writ application to show that the loan amount of Rs. 1,45,200/- has been deposited back by him, but still the same has not been adjusted and, therefore, lesser amount of GPF has been paid to him.
Let this fact be verified from the record and if it is found to be correct, then authorization of the GPF of the petitioner required to be done afresh. It must be done within a period of three months from the date of filing of such an application with supporting materials.
