Accusation is killing the sister of the informant by causing burn injury within few months of the marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is old lady.

Considering the fact that earlier anticipatory bail application was disposed of with liberty to pray for regular bail vide order dated 07.08.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20315 of 2012, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application filed within a period of two years.
