The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner was purchased 8 katha 10 dhurs of land of the informant from one Dewhar Paswan. The same land was purchased by the petitioner at earlier point of time.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sale deed was executed by the Dewhar Paswan in 2004. The petitioner when lodged Case No. 271 of 2012 for getting his name mutated with regard to the same land on 20.05.2014, thereafter on 16.10.2014 the present case has been registered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9463 of 2015 (2) dt.20-04-2015 Considering the fact that the petitioner is a purchaser and the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 760 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
