2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant's nephew was going to school the accused persons stopped him, abused him and demanded extortion of Rs. 50,000/-. In the next episode, the accused persons assaulted two nephews and cousin of the informant and firing was also made in the occurrence.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2024. The allegation against

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i).The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
