For the Respondent/s : Md. Khurshid Alam, AAG-12 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-11-2017 Heard Mr. Bharat Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Md. Khurshid Alam, learned AAG-12, for the State. The petitioner while questioning the earlier selection process which has since been abandoned by the State in view of the guideline in force which inter alia provides that if the selection process is not completed within one year of the advertisement, it would be closed and a fresh selection would be initiated, also proceeds to question the fresh advertisement dated 17.1.2016, so published on closure of the earlier process.
Having considered the rival submissions, I am of the opinion that no case for indulgence is made out to interfere with the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2320 of 2016 dt.20-11-2017 advertisement considering the stipulation in the guidelines as well as the fact that the earlier process took no shape. The petitioner, if so advised, can apply against the fresh advertisement in case the stipulated period for filing application is yet available to her. In case she has not applied, she only has to thank herself. The writ petition is disposed of.
