The petitioners seek bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
35 bottles each containing 300 ml. country made liquor were recovered from possession of both the petitioners and for that the petitioners are in jail since 10.12.2016. The petitioners have already remained in jail for three months.
Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 287 of 2016.
