The petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 398 and 427 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Kamlesh Sahni in his confessional statement. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Kamlesh Kumar @ Kamlesh Kumar Sahni has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 27485 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2019 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
