2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, East Champaran at Motihari vide order dated 13.10.2023 in A.B.P. No. 4300 of 2023, arising out of ChhauradanoP.S. Case No. 167 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file petition in the learned Trial Court for mediation between the parties in this case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
