The petitioner is accused in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016, registered under Sections 399, 402 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that petitioner along with one Md. Arman was apprehended with country made loaded pistol by the police, in course of planning to commit Dacoity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that while petitioner in accused in three other cases, but in all three cases, he is on bail and in the

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Incharge Bhagalpur, in connection with Tatarpur P.S.
