Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,308,414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and some other co-accused. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.39812 of 2019(2) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pachrukhi Police Station Case No.94 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
