Having perused the impugned order and keeping in mind that the direction of the learned Single Judge dated 25.02.2016 does not give a permanent right upon the private respondent to hold on to the renewed saw mill license but will be subject to the final outcome of the decision which will be rendered

Patna High Court LPA No.1595 of 2016 (9) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 by the Hon'ble Apex Court. We do not find any infirmity in the impugned order to interfere with the same.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
