====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case,son of informant was in love affair with daughter of this petitioner and on 12.12.2024 at about 2 PM, this petitioner, along with his wife, came to house of informant and threatened his son. Thereafter, at night, son of informant committed suicide. It is alleged that due to threatening of the accused persons, son of informant got scared and committed suicide by hanging himself.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38133 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nawada in Kawakol Police Station Case No. 440 of 2024.
