A dispute between the petitioners and the Cooperative Bank as regarding the salary admissible has reached this Court. Undisputedly no writ lies against a cooperative society. Faced thus, after some arguments, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this writ petition to enable the petitioners to take recourse to such other remedy as may be available to them in law. Permission is accorded.
