Petitioners pray for commanding the respondent authorities, i.e, the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga to accept the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9188 of 2020(3) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 Examination fees and forms of petitioners colleges of Session 2018-21 for examination of Upshastri and Shastri Courses. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before respondent no.4 raising their grievances made in the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioners are granted liberty to file representation before respondent no.4 raising their grievances within two weeks from today. It is expected that if such representation(s) is filed, respondent no.4 would examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
