2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 362 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 140(2), 61 (2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 30.11.2024.
4. The allegation against the petitioner and other named co-accused persons is to enter into conspiracy to kidnap one Sintu Kumar who upon investigation made an accused with the present case.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was implicated falsely with the present case only being friend of of one Onkar Sharma. It is pointed that he was implicated with the general allegation without any cogent material with only suspicion that he supplied bomb to Onkar Sharma to keep it in the house of informant, making thrust of allegation available against Onkar Sharma, who has already granted bail by one of the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 23514 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025. While concluding the argument it is submitted that petitioner found involved in two more cases, where he is on bail and moreover, investigation of this case has already completed, and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as save and except suspicion, prima-facie, nothing incriminating appears against this petitioner, coupled with the fact as petitioner remains in custody since

Case No. 362 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S.
