This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
About 12 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016.
The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Chapra, or successor Court (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
