Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the contract of the petitioner ended way back in January, 2015 as well as taking note of the conduct of the petitioner which reflects from the counter affidavit filed on record, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence to the prayer made by the petitioner for either renewal or extension of the contract. The writ petition is dismissed.
