The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No.52 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is a land dispute between the parties and that the petitioners have not been attributed any specific role and also that the petitioners being ladies, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
