Petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that five litres of Mahuwa wine was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2017. The petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of this petition. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21171 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V Begusarai, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
