The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 09.05.2021 at 11:00 PM, while the informant was sleeping at his Bathan, these two petitioners were abusing each other and when the informant objected, they scuffled with him. Thereafter, the accused persons, including petitioners armed with lathi, brick, rod etc., came there and started assaulting informant and due to which, he received severe injuries and when family members of informant came to save him, the accused persons also assaulted them and took out cash of Rs. 20,000/- from the pocket of informant as also Mangalsutra from the wife of informant.

Casual Maarpit took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injury. Present case is counter blast of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021, instituted from the petitioners' side. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
