JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 The learned counsel for the respondent no.2, referring to paragraph-5 of the supplementary counter affidavit, submits that the revised family pension order has already been issued on 18.07.2019 and the revised family pension has been directed to be paid w.e.f. 01.04.2017. It is further submitted that the arrears of the amount of revised pension and the revised family pension shall be paid positively within a period of four weeks from today. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Ara to ensure payment of revised pension as also the arrears of revised family pension within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, failing which the
