The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, it is submitted that arrears of salary of about six months of the year 2007 and difference of arrears of salary on account of 6th Pay Revision recommendation is remaining to be paid to the petitioner herein. For the aforesaid remaining grievances, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing a representation before the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5805 of 2018(6) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 Muzaffarpur within a period of four weeks from today who shall take appropriate steps, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter and if any amount is payable, the same shall be paid forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
