The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.433 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

So far as petitioner no.1, namely, Navin Kumar Ray @ Navin Kumar is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of his application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49293 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 Navin Kumar Ray @ Navin Kumar is concerned.

So far as petitioner no. 2, namely, Prakash Kumar @ Guddu is concerned, in view of the allegations levelled against him, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
