Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2016 having allegation of sexual harassment to the minor daughter of the informant and further allegation is of commission of assault when complaint was made to the family of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
