2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 464 of 2018 instituted under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on by the informant,

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons including this petitioner gave knife blow to the son of the informant causing serious injuries. This led to the FIR.

4. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court regarding the innocence of the petitioner, learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh has submitted that there is allegation against the petitioner of causing injuries to the son of the informant, the FIR was lodged in the year

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37243 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 2018, cognizance against the petitioner was taken on 01.06.2019, he has chosen to come before this Court after six long years.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts including the allegation that has come against the petitioner coupled with the fact that the matter is of year 2018, no relief can be granted.
