2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.
3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 341, 323, 326A, 236B, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken for the offence u/ss 341, 323, 326A, 326B, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have thrown acid on the body of the informant due to that he sustained severe injuries. It is further alleged that the co-accused persons snatched Rs. 2,00,000/- from his pocket.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has also sustained burn injury on his face. There is business dispute between the parties. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2023.
6. Learned counsel for the Informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner by submitting that the informant has sustained grievous injury.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023.
