The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No.153 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegations as made out in the F.I.R. and also the fact that there has been longstanding land dispute between the parties and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20000 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Jadia P.S.
