The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 742 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1AA) 25 (1-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one country made pistol of six rounds with live cartridges were recovered besides other articles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
