Petitioners are in custody in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 236 of 2019 arising out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant approximately 42.750 liters of foreign liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II-cum- Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga, in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 236 of 2019 arising out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019.
