====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 Heard Sri Manish Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Nilendu Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P.

Five petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 302, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased was a veteran criminal and he was accused in number of cases as explained in paragraph 7 of this petition. He further submits that on false allegation petitioners have been

In paragraph no. 3 of the petition, the petitioners have disclosed the details of criminal cases against the petitioners. In view of nature of accusation, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The petition stands dismissed.
