The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016 in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 285 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, he is not named in the First Informant Report, no any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession and is in custody since 22.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
